Looking for new ways to cram in more fiber?  Then try this fabulous creamy smoothie! Adding cauliflower to a smoothie might seem odd, but it creates an attractive velvety texture and is a useful way to add more nutrition into your diet. Frozen cauliflower florets work best – but you can also use  frozen riced cauliflower, Enjoy!.

1 cup Frozen Cauliflower
1 Banana (frozen)
1 tbsps Almond Butter
1/4 cup Cacao Powder
2 scoops Bee Fit Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

In your blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy!

This recipe contains 347 calories, 24 g protein, 17 g fiber and 9 g sugar (banana is high in sugar, if you are following a low sugar diet, use 1/2 banana or eliminate from the recipe – it will still taste creamy and delicious)
