Grilled Pineapple -Lime ShrimpÂ
Take your BBQ south of the border with this easy shrimp recipe: 1/2 c coconut milk, 4 Tbsp. Tabasco red sauce, 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1/4 c orange juice, 1/4 c lime juice, 1 teaspoon garlic.  combine for a magnificent marinade. Serve this dish as an appetizer or grill up some veggies with your shrimp for a refreshing dinner.
Skinny Sangria
1.5 cups of fresh sliced strawberries, sliced oranges and raspberries
16.9 oz Bottle of raspberry flavored sparkling water
1/4 cup Vodka
Ice

Add fruit, wine and vodka to a pitcher and stir.

Chill for 4-6 hours or overnight.

Mix in sparkling flavored before serving.

Fill glasses with ice, pour the sangria and garnish with mint or a slice of lime
