Another important thing to do is check how your chair, desk and computer are set up – do you have to crank your head forward to see your screen, hunching down and putting lots of pressure on your neck? Or do you have to lean in? 

Take a few minutes to check out your workstation and make some adjustments to make sure it’s not working against you!

Save this Healthy Meatball Recipe for Later Ingr Save this Healthy Meatball Recipe for Later 

Ingredients:
1 pound of grass fed lean ground beef
2 cups of raw spinach
1 small onion.
1 small golden potato.
1 medium bell pepper
1/2 c chopped red Swiss chard. 
1 tbsp paprika 
1 tablespoon cumin 
1 teaspoons coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Mix all vegetables in the blender or food processor until consistency is even.

In a large bowl, add the ground meat and spices and mix together 

Add the blended vegetables to the meat and mix well.

Create 2 inches size balls and lay them on a baking tray.

Place in air fryer at 350 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes.

P.S. if no air available use oven and bake for 30 minutes on 375 degrees F.

Thai Chicken Salad 🥗
Juicy air fryer chicken breast 
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
ÂĽ teaspoon black pepper

In a small bowl, stir together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper 

Place the chicken in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the top. Toss to coat the chicken, ensuring you rub the spices evenly over both sides.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F 
Place the chicken presentation side (smooth side) down in the air fryer and let cook 6 minutes.
Remove the air fryer basket, then with tongs, carefully flip the chicken over. Continue cooking until the chicken registers between 155 and 160 degrees F, 2 to 8 minutes more. Chicken is considered safe to eat at 165 degrees F. Smaller breasts (about 6 ounces each) will need only around 8 minutes total; larger ones may need 14 or more. 
Remove the chicken to a plate. Cover and let rest 5 to 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!

You’re going to love my recipe for one of the tastiest (and easy to make) snacks ever!
Serves 6 (makes 12-18 bites)

1.5 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/2 cup crushed pistachios
4 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp matcha green tea
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

Add all ingredients into food processor and pulse until blended.
Shape into 1-1.5″ balls.
