Protein-Packed Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is packed with protein from the protein powder and almond butter, as well as healthy fats and fiber from the chia seeds and almond butter. It’s a delicious and nutritious way to refuel after a workout while staying compliant with your clean diet.

RECIPE

Protein-Packed Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Bee Fit Vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 Frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax meal
  • Optional toppings: sliced almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes, fresh berries, kiwi, sliced banana, chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the protein powder, almond milk, frozen banana, frozen zucchini, frozen mixed berries, almond butter, and chia seeds.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.Top with your favorite toppings such as sliced almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes, fresh berries, sliced banana, and chia seeds.
  4. Enjoy immediately as a satisfying post-workout meal!
