Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup canned garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1-2 fresh garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  2. Process until everything is combined and the texture is as smooth as you like.
  3. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil before serving.
