Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup canned garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1-2 fresh garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Process until everything is combined and the texture is as smooth as you like.
- Drizzle with a little extra olive oil before serving.
