Recipe for the cauliflower rice:
1 small onion- diced
1 tomato diced
3 cups of riced cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoons black pepper
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced tomato and onion and cook until golden brown.
Add riced cauliflower, turmeric, black pepper and salt to the pan, and mix well. Cook for around 8-10 minutes, until cauliflower is slightly soft but not mushy.
